Glazing works
In-situ treatments (cleaning, re-waterproofing and re-puttying) are recommended for the south side windows. Minor in-situ repairs and maintenance treatments are recommended for the East window.

Scaffolding Option 1
Scaffold tied into existing buildings using M10 fixings where possible. Allows for additional Support scaffold in case lower roof cannot take weight of the access scaffold. To be screw-jacked to underside of the roof.

Scaffold with added tubular materials to form a support buttress, if unable to use mechanical ties.

Priority 3: Maintenance treatment advised

Glazing works
All windows (both in the Church and in the Crypt) would benefit from a maintenance treatment of in-situ cleaning and rubbing down and painting support bars with a suitable rust-inhibiting paint.

Glazing works
In-situ repairs to replace multi-fractured pieces in crypt windows n2, n3 and n4 could be considered if desired (although all are currently stable).
